The Pilla 62CIHW – Watermelon Plus - 62% Light TransmittanceA true pink based filter with an added CMX3 colour profile from our New Max Orange Science. “Balance with Colour Lift” in challenging lighting conditions.The 62CIHW is our newest update to the Watermelon Series we introduced back in 2007. This engineered design provides a very balanced colour profile with a modest movement in colour values to provide a tastefully amplified level of target orange while maintaining crisp definition in lower light levels. This true pink based lens provides a subtle lift in target colour harnessing the benefit of the New Targeted Spectral Pigment Accelerator we use in our CMX3 max orange series with less lift found in our CMX3 Max Series. This is a very neutral level of enhancement in the target orange spectrum and quite calming to the eye.This filter is amazing on the clay shooting ground as well as in the field. This filter is also a beautiful introduction to your kit for small game bird hunting.If you are a shooter that has an affinity for more lift using the pink and red piece of the visual spectrum without an exaggerated colour lift - this is your lens. This is a great evolution to our 60CHCW lens technology.At a 62% transmittance value the luminance of this lens is quite stout making it very bright in lower lighting. The lens has our proprietary 7-Layer anti-reflective applied to reduce light dispersion to near zero.
