Article Premier League 2020 first leg update

The first legs in both divisions have now taken place following the rescheduled shoot at Orston Shooting Ground on Sunday 1st March.

Many congratulations to Team Sporting Targets shooter Oliver Bradshaw for winning High Gun at Orston with a score of 90 ex 100 which also topped the Premier League scores for that event, narrowly pipping Team Doveridge shooter Robert Palmer into 2nd Place with 88 ex 100 and Team Cambridge shooter Dave Gooding tied equal 3rd on 87 ex 100 with Josh Bennion and Andrew Harvison.

Team results were as follows:

Sporting Targets: 814 ex 1,000

Doveridge: 806 ex 1,000

Cambridge: 805 ex 1,000

Orston: 231 ex 1,000

The first leg in the Southern division took place at E J Churchills on Saturday 22nd February.

Many congratulations to Chris Daniels for his High Gun score of 94 ex 100 with Ricky Draper, Ivan Spencer & Phil Easeman all tied in joint second on 92 ex 100.

Perhaps the stand out score of the day was Colt shooter & AGL Team Member Darcy McBride who scored 93 with his A Class handicap applied to register the highest Premier League score of the event - very well done to him.

Team Southdown: 874 ex 1,000

Team Owls Lodge: 862 ex 1,000

Team AGL: 837 ex 1,000
