CPSA Announce revisions to their “Safety Officer” Qualification

23 December 2019

CPSA have announced that all “Safety Officers” are required to renew their certificates every five years, this will mean that if you qualified prior to 31st December 2014, you will have to resit the exam.

In practice this means that you will be invited by the CPSA to resit a test on line, you must do this within three months of being invited to do so, otherwise your qualification will, effectively, lapse, and in turn your insurance cover for the same. If you are a CPSA qualified Instructor then this in turn will also lapse.
